Bulldog Sports LTD is a leading sports retailer and event organiser dedicated to delivering high-quality sports experiences and merchandise. Our brands include USAsports.co.uk, Best of British Ice Hockey Camps, Fanswear.eu, and Bulldog Hockey, catering to passionate sports enthusiasts across the UK and Ireland.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Content Creator to develop engaging digital content across our social media channels, particularly Instagram and TikTok. This role requires an individual with a deep love for sports, who can capture exciting moments at sporting events across the UK and Ireland, while also creating shoppable content to drive product sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative social media content strategies for USAsports.co.uk, Best of British Ice Hockey Camps, Fanswear.eu, and Bulldog Hockey.
- Create engaging, high-quality photo and video content for TikTok and Instagram, including reels, stories, and live sessions.
- Attend sporting events across the UK and Ireland to capture real-time content and share behind-the-scenes moments.
- Produce shoppable content that drives product sales through TikTok and Instagram Shop.
- Manage and grow social media presence, increasing audience engagement and followers.
- Collaborate with athletes, influencers, and brand ambassadors to enhance brand visibility.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, sports news, and digital marketing strategies to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Monitor analytics and adjust content strategies for optimal engagement and conversion.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience in creating sports-focused social media content, ideally for brands or sports organisations.
- Proficiency in video editing, photography, and content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and their respective algorithms.
- Ability to work independently and travel across the UK and Ireland for content creation at events.
- Experience with e-commerce and social commerce (Instagram Shop, TikTok Shop) is a plus.
- A passion for sports, particularly NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, F1, and College Sports.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Retail Manager to oversee our retail operations at sporting events. This role is key to ensuring a seamless and efficient retail experience for attendees while driving sales and promoting our brand. The successful candidate will manage the setup, execution, and breakdown of retail spaces, coordinate with vendors and suppliers, and lead a team of retail staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Retail Planning & Coordination:
- Plan and organize retail space logistics, ensuring optimal layout and product placement for maximum sales.
- Coordinate with event organizers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all retail needs are met (e.g., product delivery, signage, equipment).
- Maintain inventory control and ensure stock levels meet event demand.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of retail staff for each event.
- Assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure excellent customer service throughout events.
- Motivate and lead staff to meet sales targets and uphold brand standards.
Customer Service & Sales:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Track sales data and provide insights and reports to management on event performance.
Event Execution:
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of retail stands, ensuring attractive product displays.

Role Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic Event Retail Staff to provide outstanding customer service and ensure smooth retail operations at various sporting events. This role involves setting up, managing, and breaking down retail spaces while actively engaging with customers to drive sales and promote the USAsports.co.uk brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Provide friendly and approachable service, answering inquiries about products and services.
- Assist customers in selecting products and making recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to management if needed.
Sales:
- Engage with event attendees to promote and sell products.
- Meet or exceed sales targets set for the event.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash or card payments.
Retail Setup & Breakdown:
- Assist in setting up and displaying products in an organized and visually appealing manner.
- Help with packing and dismantling the retail setup at the end of the event.
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked retail space throughout the event.
Inventory Management:
- Assist with inventory control, ensuring that products are well-stocked and correctly priced.
- Monitor stock levels during the event and report shortages to the Event Retail Manager.
- Help with stock counts and inventory tracking before and after the event.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other retail staff and managers to ensure smooth event operations.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative attitude, assisting team members when needed.
Health & Safety Compliance:
- Follow all health, safety, and legal guidelines during events.
- Ensure that the retail space remains safe and organized, minimizing any potential hazards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or event settings is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
