If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. Before you return a product, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days.
  • The product is in its original packaging.
  • The product isn't used or damaged.

Initiate a Return

1. Log into your account: Go to our website and log into your account.
2. Access your order history: Find the order from which you want to return an item and click on ‘Return Items’.
3. Fill out the return form: Select the product(s) you wish to return and choose the reason for your return. Optionally, you can add a note with additional details about your return request.
4. Submit your request: After filling out the form, submit your return request. Your return will be reviewed and, once approved, you will receive an email with the return details and any relevant shipping labels.

Shipping Your Return

  • Pack the product in its original packaging and include any accessories or free gifts that were included in your original shipment.
  • Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box.
  • Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier’s location.


Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. If anything is unclear or you have more questions feel free to contact our customer support team.
